Job Description

Work in SMART METAL WORKS

  • CNC operator should set up the CNC controlled bending machine and bend the pieces into a finished product, based on the department manager's schedule.
  • He determines the work sequence and working method according to the machine and the requested parameters.
  • He chooses the right tool, applies an initial check and checks the angles and dimensions.
  • He is also responsible for the order and cleanliness of his workplace.
  • Experience as a CNC bending machine
  • Basic knowledge of sheet materials (to make the right choice of material)
  • Knowledge of measuring techniques (working with vernier calipers, protractor, etc.)
  • Knowledge of plan reading
