Job Description

Sodexo is looking for motivated, multilingual colleagues to join our teams who work as reception staff in the visitor facilities of the European Parliament in Brussels: the house of European history, the Parlamentarium. Tasks: As an expo crew you are responsible for the following tasks:

You personally welcome customers and visitors (registration + orientation);
You inform the visitors. For this it is essential that you have a good knowledge of the place, the current situation and the safety rules;

We are looking for reception hosts and expo crew who:

Speak English fluently
EN: fluent in French OR Dutch OR German
AND also: fluent in one – or more – of the European languages OR outside the EU
have a feel for this profession, for whom service is second nature;
can be discreet in their work;
A first experience (even as a student) in a similar position (reception: restaurant, hotel, commercial function, in the cultural and/or tourism sector,…) is a plus
demonstrate analytical and organizational skills;
have a good sense of responsibility;
have a good presentation, be flexible and dynamic;
be customer-oriented and have a commercial attitude;
like to work in a dynamic environment.
