Job Description

 Supports the financial controller.  Ensures timely and accurate reporting of critical productivity/efficiency elements. Has an excellent command of Excel.  Develops an understanding of the business environment. Purpose of the position: Provides clear and usable financial data and provides insight into the figures through added value. Be an active business partner for the Operations Team. Thorough knowledge of the data, provide fact-based information  Explain trends and deviations from Last Plan, Last Year and budget  Assess the quality and completeness of the data received.  Improve the models and formats used to communicate business information.  Analysis of reported data and explanation of trends and deviations from forecasts/budgets.  Validate the final figures before sharing them with the HQ teams.  Communicate with management in a timely manner about any material misstatements vs. plan or vs. Expectations Job Requirements/Skills Competencies To succeed in this role, it is expected that you possess:  Degree in Business Administration Finance or related field  Good accounting principles.  3-5 years of relevant work experience  Excel expertise  Experience with ERP systems also desirable  Fluency in spoken and written English  Strong analytical skills (Fact based)  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Self-confidence, integrity and objectivity / independence of judgment  Ability to work under pressure, handle parallel tasks and change proactively  Result oriented & manage execution  Team player  Persuasiveness
