Job Description

Working in PATINOVA

  • Traditional production of ice cream and sorbet
  • Processing the produced ice cream/sorbet in all possible shapes and containers
  • (cakes, pièce montée, 1 person, mini, filled glasses,…)
  • Finish and decorate all the above shapes and containers
  • Working according to fifo
  • An eye for food safety and control of the cold chain with regard to raw materials,
  • semi-finished and finished products
  • Inventory management of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
  • Assist in the finishing of cakes,…
