Working in PATINOVA

  • Making patisserie and ice cream preparations in a traditional way with an eye for
  • quality
  • Production of patisserie in all possible shapes, flavors and containers
  • Both for dessert buffets and dessert plates
  • Both preparation and finishing of patisserie
  • Working according to fifo
  • An eye for food safety and control of the cold chain with regard to raw materials,
  • semi-finished and finished products
