Job Description

  • Managing the production and monitoring the quality KPIs
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly targets and communicate to the team
  • Organize the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Ensuring safe use of equipment and planning, reporting, requesting and alerting regular maintenance tasks
  • Verify production specifications
  • Provides training in new operational processes for personnel per skill matrix
  • Monitor the use and application of documents or manufacturing procedures (SOPs) to ensure best practices are used in all operations
  • Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements in efficiency and profit
  • Monitoring material consumption and updating records
  • Identify production needs for new products in development
  • Maintaining the SAP system in the department (requesting materials, consumables, Kanban, etc.)
  • Supervise and track the automation of the assembly line equipment (hardware and software)
  • Organize daily meetings with the team to provide feedback
  • Evaluate team performance and progress
  • Report, analyze and act on security incidents or accidents
  • Strict compliance with company standards and safety guidelines
  • Full working knowledge of the encapsulation process
