  • English Fluent

Job Description

  • You handle customer complaints and ensure that they are handled effectively in the factory
  • You are in close contact with production and support where necessary
  • You monitor internal losses and implement actions and improvements to reduce them
  • You perform process audits in the workplace
  • In addition, you are jointly responsible for setting up, maintaining and further developing a thorough and sustainable management plan
  • You provide information about customer objections and observations in the workplace to the Best Practice and Lesson Learned teams
  • You have a university or technical education (quality, technology or other)
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Good knowledge of: IATF, VDA 6.3, CoP, Customer Requirements, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP Core Tools, experience within Quality is a big asset, problem solving methods
