Our mission
The Orthopedagogical Center KATR! NAHOF offers support to children, young people and adults with an intellectual disability and their families. In our services we strive for a permanent improvement of the quality of life for our clients by creating a growth-promoting climate in a homely atmosphere of coexistence, where our employees provide them with tailor-made care in connection with their living environment.
Because we are constantly expanding our activities, we are FROMENT! N looking for one liveaccompanist 32 hours a week for clients with an intellectual disability
Your assignment
FROMENT! N provides housing support to sixteen adults with an intellectual disability. Some residents have additional problems. We want to offer a home tailored to our residents with a focus on their possibilities and quality of life. We always monitor a good balance between ability and ability.
Your core assignment looks like this:
- You set concrete development goals based on the individual support plan of each resident.
- You guide our residents during outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, shopping, ...
- You assist them with their personal care and hygiene.
- You ensure the psychosocial well-being of each resident and you respond proactively and with the necessary empathy to possible problem situations.
- You contribute to good cooperation with all stakeholders such as family members and other internal and external persons/services, ... and you maintain the necessary contacts for this.
- You are responsible for reporting on all facets of support.

You have experience in supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
You have a higher vocational education diploma or a professional bachelor's degree in socio-agogic work, preferably in the field of orthopedagogy.
You speak Dutch well
You get along well with the usual Office applications (word, excel, outlook) and the internet.

We offer you a part-time 32/38 contract of indefinite duration with immediate start of service according to the pay scales of Joint Committee 319.01 (max. B1C) supplemented with the shift premiums applicable in our sector.
You are willing to work in a shift system: early shifts, late shifts and weekend work every 14 days. You can count on meals during working hours. You have one day off per week.
You are part of a team where intervision and supervision are possible and we provide you with the necessary training and guidance.
You can count on an attractive leave scheme with extra days of leave from the age of 35.
We provide an expense allowance for your commute.
