Job Description

You will work at an architectural and engineering firm.

  • when the preliminary design is ready, you view the design from a technical and constructional feasibility point of view
  • you carry out a stability study and translate it into specifications, estimates and measurement statements
  • you effectively carry out site visits to check whether the work carried out corresponds to the plan
  • you are responsible for developing the concept and calculations for the various projects within the office
  • site follow-up is also part of the job
  • you attend meetings in close collaboration with architects
  • you coordinate the planning of your team in consultation with the department head and you manage the BIM modellers
  • in consultation with the design and implementation team, you try to find flexible solutions for every project

For the position of Senior Structural Engineer you have:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with large-scale projects, both new construction and renovation
